Are you a proven HR Advisor looking for your next challenge? Are you used to working in a fast-paced environment? Then this is the role for you!

My client is looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR Manager in building out an already established function.

Your duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for a range of HR queries for both managers and employees.
  • Recruitment
  • Performance management
  • Employee Relations
  • Policies and procedures
  • Onboarding and Inductions
  • HR Audits
  • Networking and events

A CIPD is desirable.
