Description

  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support and advice to staff on HR-related matters
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Handling staff grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Supporting the recruitment and induction processes
  • Assisting with staff training and development programs
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records
  • Contributing to HR strategy and initiatives

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Job Offer

  • Salary between £29,000 - £34,000
  • 12 month fixed contract
  • NHS Pension
