Nairn's, a leader in the FMCG food production sector, has partnered with Denholm Associates in their search for an exceptional HR Adviser. We've been retained by Nairn's to recruit this exciting NEW role to their organisation that will play a key role in the delivery of the HR

This key role is central to the delivery of comprehensive HR services across Nairn's two sites. Operating on a hybrid basis, this position offers the flexibility to blend onsite engagement with remote work, ensuring a balanced approach to meeting both operational needs and personal work-style preferences. The HR Adviser will be instrumental in providing professional support across the HR spectrum, ensuring seamless service delivery that aligns with our strategic objectives.

As the bridge between our diverse teams and management, this role demands a unique blend of skills - from managing payroll (for head office staff) and benefits to guiding managers on HR policies and facilitating a positive induction process for new starters. Your impact will stretch across both sites, ensuring a unified and high-standard HR practice that supports our continued growth and the well-being of every team member.

We're seeking someone who is:

  • CIPD Qualified: With a solid grounding in HR principles, ready to contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Experienced: Demonstrating at least 5 years of HR prowess, capable of steering HR operations towards strategic goals.
  • Knowledgeable: Adept in UK employment legislation, using insight to navigate and lead with confidence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellence in communication, building bridges across all levels of the organisation.
  • Organised: A detail-oriented individual who thrives on structure and precision in every HR process.
