This key role is central to the delivery of comprehensive HR services across Nairn's two sites. Operating on a hybrid basis, this position offers the flexibility to blend onsite engagement with remote work, ensuring a balanced approach to meeting both operational needs and personal work-style preferences. The HR Adviser will be instrumental in providing professional support across the HR spectrum, ensuring seamless service delivery that aligns with our strategic objectives.

As the bridge between our diverse teams and management, this role demands a unique blend of skills - from managing payroll (for head office staff) and benefits to guiding managers on HR policies and facilitating a positive induction process for new starters.
