LHH has been engaged by one of their long established clients in Sussex to recruit a HR Advisor to join their People team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity providing experience to gain exposure across different people initiatives and offering excellent career progression - a great role if you are looking for your next step in your career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the HR Business Partners in providing day to day operational HR advice and guidance on people actions.
  • Work on projects that support the business' people mission and strategy.
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide recruitment support to line managers and HR Business Partners, which includes preparing job adverts and supporting with screening candidates.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • CIPD qualification or studying towards this would be desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Experience of HRIS systems.
