Position

As an HR Advisor, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, providing expert advice and support to both employees and management. Your role involves a blend of employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and overall HR guidance.

The HR Advisor plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.

As a generalist, you will serve as a versatile and integral member of the Human Resources team, responsible for assisting and supporting a wide array of HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Good level of experience in HR support roles, with a focus on employee relations and advisory functions
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of complex employment law and regulations that need to be considered within the role
  • Achieved CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Utilise Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project confidently
  • In depth experience with HR software and systems

Desirable

  • Can critically evaluate data and tasks to ensure adherence to regulations and actively provide advice and guidance on employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and understanding of data analytics some knowledge of PowerBi
  • Knowledge of basic AI technologies and how to apply them responsibly to enhance the quality of HR work
  • Experience reviewing company benefits and implementing changes
