We’re seeking a talented HR professional to join a leading organisation as a People Development Partner.

A truly unique opportunity, firstly you’ll be joining an organisation with a 'real purpose’ and secondly, core to this role will involve focusing on people development.

Offering a hybrid working pattern, two days office based and three days home working. Whilst supporting colleagues across the country you will predominately work on a remote basis.

You will provide operational HR expertise and advise, along with partnering and supporting managers and employees across the whole employee lifecycle. However, the focus throughout this role will be the development of its people.

We’re keen to speak to HR professionals, qualified to CIPD Level 5. You will be highly knowledge on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. With effective coaching and mentoring skills and proactive and positive working style. Holding a passion for people development with experience in delivering and writing L&D content.

Experience of working within highly regulated environment would be beneficial.
