HR Advisor - sole charge

Your new company
Hays is excited to be working in partnership with Academy Estate Consultants, who are a privately owned Construction Consultancy who provide comprehensive professional building support exclusively in the education sector. Due to ongoing success and growth, the Academy Estate team have created opportunities to join their rapidly expanding team.
Your new role
This position is newly created as they have grown and now need a HR Advisor to support them as they become a sizeable organisation. You will be someone who can advise, implement processes, ensure they are HR compliant and give stakeholders and the Directors' guidance where needed with their teams and fully support the business in a 360 role. As this is a newly created role, they need someone who can come in and be autonomous and set up the function and create their job. Someone who is also happy with all elements of HR from processes to administrative tasks to recruitment and ER.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have current and up to date HR experience as you will need to be familiar with basic employment law, ideally studying towards CIPD level 3 or 5 or holding this qualification already, be competent in dealing with confidential information and employees and happy being in a sole role. The role is office based, so you will need to be within commutable distance from Billericay (they are not located near public transport).
