A part-time HR Advisor vacancy has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Tuesday - Friday, totalling 19 hours per week. Working in a team of two, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -

  • Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
  • Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
  • Arranging performance and probationary reviews
  • Completing disciplinaries and grievances
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
  • Any general HR administration tasks as required

Ideally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -

  • CIPD level 3 or higher
  • Experience with talent management
  • Proven experience of improving staff retention
  • Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills

On offer for this part-time position -

  • Part time hours of Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm (1pm finish on Fridays)
  • Offering a salary of £30-35k pro rata
