Your new role
This position is for an HR Advisor, so a generalist HR professional would suit this if you enjoy variety. The position encompasses recruitment, onboarding and inducting of new staff members, ensuring diversity and equality through the business and processes, generalist HR advice to stakeholders and Directors around performance management, disciplinaries, grievance issues and attendance. Promoting the company benefits, managing staff absences, escalating issues to the HRBP where needed, ensuring HR policies are adhered to, support pay reviews, HR communication for site and adhoc HR duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an accomplished HR generalist to level 5 CIPD and someone who is happy to commit to a 12-month contract, local to Brentwood as this is site based.
