HR Advisor - 6 months FTC

Our client, a well-established and dynamic company based in Worthing, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our client's values and goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to extending offers and onboarding.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and potential future hires.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
