We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor, to join our busy HR Shared Services team based at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.
This is a 12 month maternity cover, full time in the office, Monday to Friday.
As a HR Advisor, you will act as a point of escalation and support for the shared service advisors as well as being the main point of contact for line managers.
You will provide ER telephone advice for a high volume case load, proactively dealing with colleague issues and playing a vital role in the departments’ tasks including:
- Providing all aspects of generalist HR advice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and management of absence processes
- Providing complex employee relations HR advice and guidance to senior leaders
- To undertake project work/ad hoc duties in line with the needs of the business and ongoing development of the HR department
The skills/experience required are:
- Strong generalist experience with focus on ER
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff within the organisation with excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
- Up to date and demonstrable knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment balancing multiple priorities and ensuring delivery.
