Job Opportunity: HR Advisor (Fixed Term)

Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a new opportunity in the Teesside area? We have a fantastic opening for an HR Advisor to join a successful and highly regarded organisation on a fixed-term basis. Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR, you will become an integral part of the collaborative HR team, renowned for working together with a sense of togetherness.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you will be a pragmatic and credible professional with excellent communication skills. Your role will involve building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted partner to managers, offering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused HR services.
  • Providing expert advice and support on disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment and selection, sickness absence, performance management, organizational change, and training and development
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while handling complex and sensitive employee relations casework.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 and possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role. Experience in handling complex and sensitive ER casework is crucial.

This is a full-time contract with a Monday-Friday schedule. However, we are open to discussing alternative working patterns that suit your preferences.
