This is a newly created role for a young business that are now going through a growth spurt. They provide engineering services to commercial organisations, and have just landed several longer term projects.

Up until now there has been a complete reliance on external HR consultants, but they now are looking for their first full time HR person.

To start the role will be dealing with all the HR Coordination for their Recruitment, onboarding, probation processes, ER all the way through to exit interviews.

If your looking for a role where you can have full ownership, and grow with the company, and shape the HR function to add value to the organisation then this role will be of interest.

The team are also in growth mode where they are all learning as the company transitions from a small to a medium sized organisation. They are informal in their approach, but all locked into what the journey is.

It will be 5 days in the office.

Salary is between £28k - £35k.

A 2 stage interview process: A teams, and then a face to face.
