HR Administrator
A successful business based in Abbey Wood is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position of 35 hours per week. Please note, you will be required to be on-site 5 days per week.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will assist the day-to-day HR operation. You will be the main point of contact for the employee lifecycle and hold responsibilities that include processing new starters, drafting contracts, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating HR projects. You will assist with any internal investigations, effectively liaise with payroll, and arrange training events. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and skills whilst being a hands-on key player within the HR function.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a personable and organised HR professional with excellent communication skills. You will show demonstrate expertise of supporting HR teams including working in accordance to policy and procedure whilst promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. It will be advantageous to hold a HR qualification, but this is by no means necessary.
