Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client, a dynamic and thriving organisation, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team.

Start ASAP, duration for three months with a view of being extended, pay £16.01ph, hours Mon-Fri 34.75 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role and you are required to work in the office one day a week, the location of the office is the Holborn area.

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR administration tasks. You will play a vital role in maintaining and updating the HR database, coordinating and responding to HR inquiries. Your excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Co-ordinate and respond to HR inquiries in a timely manner, meeting predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare employee correspondence, such as offer letters, contracts, and flexible working requests.
  • Prepare reports for management information packs using the HR database.
  • Support managers in recruitment campaigns, including job advert preparation, interview scheduling, and feedback provision.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of training solutions.
  • Assist with annual HR deliverables, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Take initiative in suggesting new and more efficient ways of working.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Strong administration skills with a previous HR administration background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • High levels of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
