Job Advertisement: HR Administrator (Temporary, with Permanent Potential)

Position: HR Administrator

Location: Whittlesey 

Contract Type: Temporary (with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Role Overview:

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our school’s HR functions. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, absence records, and personal details.

Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, training, and performance management.

Handle employee queries and provide timely responses.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR role is essential.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
