An experienced HR Administrator is required on a temporary basis to join a large manufacturing business based near Marston Green. An immediate start ideally, looking to work on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Assisting with a transition project to move to a shared service centre, you will be working in a small team to assist them during this busy period.

As a HR Administrator you will be -

  • Managing a shared inbox; handling queries and monitoring absences
  • Completing contracts for new starters and ensuring the onboarding process is followed
  • Liaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate details
  • Uploading all physical files onto a central server
  • Updating benefit plans and ensuring these are distributed to employees

Ideally for this role you will have -

  • Proven HR experience
  • IT literate, preferably with SAP experience
  • Confident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via email
