Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous HR admin experience, with CIPD Level 3 certification being desirable but not mandatory. This role will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to employee queries and provide assistance when needed
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience in HR administration is highly desirable
- CIPD Level 3 certification is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
