About the Company: My client is a leading company in Wolverhampton who are committed to excellence and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous HR admin experience, with CIPD Level 3 certification being desirable but not mandatory. This role will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond to employee queries and provide assistance when needed
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR administration is highly desirable
  • CIPD Level 3 certification is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
