Temporary Contract until July 2024

Manchester City Centre

£13 per hour

Hybrid working - 1 day in office per week

Our client, a not for profit organisation, is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Starting ASAP until July 2024, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a well-established company.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Saving documentation to employee files
  • Processing probation completions
  • Setting up and closing down records for temporary workers
  • Processing extensions to temporary assignments
  • Processing line manager changes
  • Processing incoming reference requests
  • Processing exit interviews
  • Processing child care voucher changes

Who are we looking for?

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience: You have experience in an HR Administration role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR processes.

- Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and administrative tasks.

- Effective communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.

- Organisational skills: You are highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Confidentiality: You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.

The position is due to start the 22nd of April, therefore candidates must be available immediately. Due to the nature of the organisation, extensive pre-employment checks must be passed prior to the assignment. You will be required to pass a Basic DBS check, as well as provide a FULL 2 years' worth of employment history and references. Therefore, you must have valid right to work / photo ID and proof of your current address.

This role is hybrid, working 1 working day in the office per week and the rest working from home. You will be required to attend the office more within the first two weeks for the training period (which is based in Manchester City Centre). Therefore, please only apply if you live in Greater Manchester.
