Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a part time HR administrator to join a global organisation based in Reading. Most of the time they do work remotely however sometimes you may need to into the office to mix and integrate with the team.

Salary paying £25,000 pro rata, and it is 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administration support for onboarding, offer letters and contracts, right to work checks, termination letters and reference requests.

  • To manage and maintain all employee records in electronic and paper form
  • Pull together all EMEA&AP payroll information and provide to Payroll monthly ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Keep the organisational chart up to date each month
  • Carry out the administrative duties for all e-learning management and compliance training system management
  • Participate in HR projects

Key Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably HR Administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-based environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
