HR Administrator

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client based in Egham for approximately one month.

The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the HR Team
  • Updating internal HR Systems with employee information i.e. monitoring and completion of probationary periods, end of funding, changes to contracts, end of contracts and processing absence information in a timely manner
  • Assisting with onboarding administration, inputting information to new contracts and issuing to new employees
  • Note taking in HR meetings
  • Ensuring all pre employment checks have been completed
  • Filing and scanning confidential information

The HR Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience of working within an HR department
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and written skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
