Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Human Resources department.
  • Update and maintain HR databases with employee record changes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
