Our client is looking for an experienced HR administrator to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take the helm of administering the full employee life-cycle from recruitment, onboarding, to exits.
  • Conduct thorough audits and updates of all employee documents ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Be the first port of call for HR support emails, providing timely and empathetic responses to employee queries.
  • Craft and process crucial communications, including letters and meeting notes.
  • Play a supportive role in handling employee relations issues, from absence management to investigations.
  • Generate and maintain insightful reports on people data for the Senior Management Team.
  • Offer your skills to support the management of our vibrant office environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, particularly skilled in recruitment and employment relations.
  • Background in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry or similar fields.
  • Solid educational foundation with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel).
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualification or a keen interest to pursue this path.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and reporting tools would be a plus.

  • A commitment to professionalism, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitivity of HR information.
