Our valued client, based in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HR Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent part time position that offers flexible working and the possibility of hybrid working.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organised, and driven individual and it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a casual role. This role is 18 hours per week with a salary of £10,845, pro rata (FTE: £22,593)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with recruitment.
  • Running reports and working with data.
  • Supporting with on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Supporting the Well-being group.
  • Putting together creative presentations across a range of topics.
  • Providing business administration support across the team when needed.
Essential:

  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work closely with senior members of the team and independently.
  • Friendly by nature.
  • Strong customer service skills.
