Description

In a worldwide work setting, your main responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our people data within the newly adopted cloud HR system (SuccessFactors) across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Your meticulous attention to detail and a questioning approach will be crucial in achieving excellence in people data management, fostering both your professional development and personal growth as the HR Service Hub embarks on embracing more responsibilities in its strategic expansion. Leveraging your outstanding customer service capabilities, you are committed to delivering a smooth HR experience for our employees and actively seeking ways to enhance the hub's functionality continuously.

Profile

  • Accurately and promptly manage HR events in SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Generate, modify, and distribute reports to the HR Team and People Leaders.
  • Update organisational charts to reflect structural changes, securing all necessary approvals before implementing changes in SuccessFactors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new legal entities through data uploads, in accordance with the project plan, and offer support to local HR Operations Teams.
  • Maintain core HR data (e.g., employee records with personal and employment information) in SuccessFactors, ensuring it is accurately updated.
  • Address inquiries from SuccessFactors users, coming from our workforce in Europe & Latin America, via phone and email to maximise their use of the HR system and enhance organisational productivity, utilising your exceptional customer management and communication skills.
  • Assume complete responsibility for HR transactions from initiation to conclusion, collaborating effectively with other HR teams across Europe & Latin America.
  • Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of standard operating procedures.
