HR Assistant
  • Salary Range: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Location: Sutton
  • Job Type: Temporary or Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team within the Not For Profit sector. This role is integral to our organisation, providing essential support to the Human Resources department and contributing to our mission of making a positive difference.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents and reports.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
  • Help organise staff events and initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in response to staff queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Solid administrative experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • A genuine interest in people-focused work and the Not For Profit sector.
