Your new company
I am currently working with a brilliant manufacturing company based in Basignstoke to recruit a HR Admin. This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to go longer/perm.
You will work alongside another HR Admin to support all HR related administration.

Your new role
You will have previous HR admin experience, you will manage the HR inbox and respond to all basic questions. You will report into the senior HR Advisor and raise any complex cases.
You will support the whole employee lifecycle, releasing offer letters, contract changes, flexible working requests, parental leave requests and sit on exit interviews.
You will assist in the admin of benefits, work with the recruitment team/agencies and liaise with payroll. There could also be the chance to get involved with projects.
This is a true generalist role and will give you exposure to all the functions HR has to offer!

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. You will be keen to further your HR career and be able to work 5 days in the office.

What you'll get in return
£16-£17 per hour, initial 6 month contract with the potential for extension/perm depending on business requirements.
