Your new company
I am seeking a HR admin to join my growing client on a 6-month FTC. Due to growth, they are looking to increase their head count and need a HR admin to join the team. My is a well known brand located within Basingstoke. There could be the potential for this contract to go longer than 6 months.

Your new role
This will be a generalist HR role. You will support with general HR activities and also get involved in recruitment.
You will report to the HR Manager and work alongside another HR admin. You will support with all HR admin duties, including monitoring the HR inbox, advertising new jobs, basic reporting on the HRIS, administering benefits and coordinating interviews.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need some HR experience and to be able to hit the ground running.
My client will wait for the right person, but this role needs to be filled before April.

What you'll get in return
Between £24,000-£26,000 DOE, good holiday allowance and pensions. Hybrid working, (3 days in office after training) and an early finish on a Friday!
