Supported Housing Officer to join our collaborative partnership with a leading mental health non-profit charity in Bristol.
Position Details:

  • Role: Supported Housing Officer
  • Location: Bristol
  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Salary:£26,000 per annum
  • Responsibilities:
    • Reviewing documents and assigning accommodation to tenants
    • Ensuring smooth transitions for new tenancies, departures, and evictions
    • Conducting regular inspections to maintain Health and Safety standards
    • Collaborating with clients to address anti-social behaviour and raise incident reports
    • Assisting clients in finding suitable accommodation
    • Communicating with stakeholders, clients, and government bodies via email and phone
    • Organising monthly fire drills and risk assessments
    • Performing property inspections to assess living conditions and identify areas for improvement
