Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and delivering adequate and effective support plans with service users referring to specialist agencies as required.
  • Ensuring that properties are always well equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned.
  • Empowering and motivating service users to identify and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Developing a move-on plan with service users at the earliest opportunity, identifying realistic options for their future home.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the issues affecting people in contact with the Criminal Justice System and/or people experiencing homelessness.
  • Ability to develop person centred support and move on planning.
  • Ability to work with and support vulnerable adults with complex needs.
  • Flexibility to travel within your allocated area for training and team meetings.
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding.
  • Enhanced DBS, dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
