As the Team Leader, you'll oversee a dedicated group of officers who are the first point of contact for individuals facing homelessness or housing threats. Your mission? To ensure top-notch customer care, acting with integrity and courtesy at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring your team is well-equipped with the knowledge to provide accurate advice on homelessness prevention, in line with statutory obligations.

Supervising and managing staff day-to-day, supporting their training and development needs through one-on-one sessions and team meetings.

Streamlining processes to minimize wait times, missed calls, and maximize resolution of customer inquiries.

Collaborating with other services and teams to provide seamless referrals and high-quality assistance.
