Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:         Housing Officer

Location:        North Wales

Rate:               £19.00 per hour (Umbrella rate)   

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week

Length:           6 weeks ongoing

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Responsible for the complete housing and neighbourhood management of a patch of 240 properties across North Wales
  • Dealing with an instances relating to ASB including taking witness statements, mediating between tenants and informing the Police where necessary
  • Carrying out periodic home visits to tenants to ensure their tenancy let runs as smoothly as possible dealing with any issues that arose
  • Dealing with all aspects of the rent recovery process
  • Carrying out estate walkabouts and dealing with and monitoring environmental issues
  • Inspecting void properties to ensure all required repairs can be completed allowing the property to be re-let in a timely manner
  • Signposting and referring  clients with support needs to relevant organisations

The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service, drive and have experience within doing a similar role previously
