Responsible for - Keyworkers / Assistant Coordinator / Administrators / Concierge Night Assistants

About the Service:

short-term supported accommodation services for people experiencing homelessness that have complex needs. The project aims to support and improve the lives of those who experience repeated homelessness /entrenched rough sleeping and find it difficult to secure and maintain independent living because of these complex needs.

What your expectation will be :

• Managing staff
• Carrying out 1-2-1 personal development and supervisions
• Dealing with evictions and incidents, including knowledge and experience of managing safeguarding alerts / concerns
• Arranging training for staff / keeping it up to date
• Quality checks and audits and reporting and KPI management
• Chairing Team Meetings
• Effective partnerships working to enhance service delivery
• Financial management, performing to budgets and ensuring rent collection rates / low voids rates / invoicing and systems are managed well

What you need to be successful in this role

• A recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or Management and/or significant experience of managing complex projects in this field may be advantageous
• Experience of delivering service reviews and improvement plans
• The ability to adapt and work flexibly across services in an agile way
• Managing relationships at all levels including a contract focused environment
• Experienced at leading and motivating a staff team who work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Values driven leadership with a non-judgemental approach that can bring positivity into settings and teams
