- Empower residents to maintain their tenancies and access support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement housing management strategies.
- Conduct property inspections and resolve tenancy-related issues.
- Experience in housing management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of diverse communities
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Housing, or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications in housing management or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
