  • Empower residents to maintain their tenancies and access support services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement housing management strategies.
  • Conduct property inspections and resolve tenancy-related issues.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
  • Demonstrated understanding of the needs of diverse communities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Social Work, Housing, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualifications in housing management or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
