Housing Management Coordinator Required

Contract type:       Temp – Perm  

Hours per week:    37.5

Location:               Exeter

Rate of Pay:           Dependent on experience   

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to assist vulnerable adults in supported living accommodation. If you are passionate about helping transform lives and want to work for a Housing Association with great staff benefits apply now.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Working with Service Users with multiple complex needs
  • Assessing prospective tenants needs
  • Managing a caseload of up to 6 people
  • Conducting welfare checks
  • Assisting service users to sustain tenancies
  • Crisis Management
  • Chasing rent

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Enhanced DBS
  • 3 Years’ worth of References
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries  
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
