Housing Disrepair Solicitor

Salary up to £45k plus benefits and a great bonus!

We have a fantastic new opportunity an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a highly reputable Law firm based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

The firm are renowned for having an exceptional Housing Disrepair Department, and this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner looking to further their career in this area of Law!

The Housing Disrepair Solicitor's responsibilities:-

  • Manage a case-load of housing disrepair claims from inception to settlement
  • Assist the wider team on higher value housing disrepair claims
  • Liaise with clients and all third parties


Requirements:-

  • Previous experience (12 months) handling a case-load of HDR cases
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft)
  • Excellent organisation and diary management
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
