A full-service law firm, boasting multiple offices and a sterling reputation, is currently seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 12 months experience managing a caseload. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at overseeing intricate legal files, starting with a portfolio of 50 cases. As confidence and proficiency grow, so will your responsibilities, with the potential to handle approximately 100 files.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with a significant level of autonomy, managing the progression of each case from inception to conclusion. This includes liaising with clients, negotiating settlements, and ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared and managed.

To thrive in this role, the following skills and experience are essential:

- A solid background in housing disrepair matters, with demonstrable experience running a caseload independently.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage a substantial and evolving caseload effectively.
- Strong communication abilities to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders clearly.
