Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 gross per annum, depending on experience

Holiday: Statutory Paid Holiday

Start Date: ASAP

Hours Required: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Occasional weekend work & later finishes required. It's infrequent but you will need to be flexible to accommodate this. Plenty of notice is given.

Driver: Yes, and must have own car

Summary:

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Housekeeper to join their full staffed household. The home is based on a large estate on the Hertfordshire/Essex border. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a get up and go attitude and be willing to get stuck in and work as a team as well as having a good eye for detail and organised. You must be able to take direction from the house manager in a quick and efficient manner. It's a busy house with lots going on, so the ability to be adaptable and flexible is key. You will also need to be conscious of the fact you are working within a family home and respectful of the family's privacy.

Duties to include:

• Complete care and cleaning of the home
• Making sure the home is tidy at all times
• Deep cleaning
• Laundry and ironing
• Making and changing of beds
• Wardrobe management
• Ability to help at dinner parties (lots of notice will be given)
