Our client is a fantastic Hotel which has undergone an extensive renovation, and is now looking to recruit an experienced Cluster Sales Manager, based at this venue but also covering the sister hotel in Amesbury.

The Role

• Reporting directly to the General Manager the role of the Cluster Sales Manager is to lead the hotels sales efforts with a view to achieving revenue budgets. To work in partnership with the central sales and revenue teams.

• To be focused and attentive to the needs and requirements of both our internal and external customers. Consistently strive to maintain quality and service standards. Carry out all tasks and procedures fairly and without bias in line with statutory requirements and ensure that customer service and brand standards are delivered in line with the business and performance objectives of the Hotel.

• To plan and execute proactive sales actions, with the strategy to reach and exceed the revenue budget of the hotel. Consistently strive to maintain quality and service standards. Carry out all tasks and procedures fairly and without bias in line with statutory requirements and ensure that customer service and brand standards are delivered in line with the business and performance objectives of the Hotels.

• Responsible for ensuring the organization’s sales resources and investments are managed, developed and levered to their fullest potential. Develop the assigned accounts, processes, and systems which maximize sales and revenue opportunities for the hotels

Due to working with both sites, own car is essential.
