Hotel Operations Manager

Hotel Operations Manager required for a renowned hotel brand located in East London, near Chingford and Highams Park, Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + benefits

In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of various departments within a 100-bedroom hotel, including Food and Beverage, Bar Operations, Hotel Recruitment, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. You'll manage a team of five managers, leading by example and providing hands-on support as needed.

Desired qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hotel Operations Manager
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team and people management
• A hands on approach and willingness to provide cover and hands on support in each department as required.
