Hotel NIGHT Supervisor - live in available

NIGHT Supervisor required for a Hotel in the Malmesbury area. A Full clean driving licence is required for this role. Live in is available if required in shared accommodation.

As NIGHT Supervisor you will be working nights on a rota, working from 23.00h to 08.00hr, 5 nights a week, working as part of the hotel NIGHTS team, 42 .5hours a week, working on your own some of the time and other times alongside a colleague.

Your role will involve ensuring the effective running of the hotel during the night time hours achieving consistently high standards of service and security and maximum guest satisfaction. Duties will in general include - hotel guest check in and check out, hotel security walk checks, some general cleaning duties, set up banqueting rooms for next day’s business, and perhaps some general food & beverage service out of hours and preparation.

For this opportunity of NIGHT Supervisor, you will require previous night’s experience or similar hotel reception experience and have a stable employment record.

Night Supervisor

We are looking for a full time Night Supervisor to join the night reception team. Shifts are usually 11pm - 8am and some weekend working will be involved. This is a full time role working 5 nights per week.

The role:

As Night Supervisor, you will have responsibility for staff working during the night; you will ensure guest comfort, safety and security. The Night Supervisor will complete a night audit procedure before handing over to the next day’s staff.

Skills and experience required of our Night Supervisor:

• Having worked in a customer service role
• Understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected by clients of a 5 star hotel
• Excellent standard of spoken English
• Knowledge of IT systems is a must
• Clean full driving licence
• Flexibility and adaptability
• An eye for detail
• Immaculate presentation and a ready smile

Full training will be given on their systems, security and front of house procedures.

Salary for this role of NIGHT Supervisor is given as COMPETITIVE, basic salary plus a share of the service charge. Shared live in available if required. A Full clean driving licence is required for this role, If you live in the local area, transport is required due to location and shift work.
