As their success continues, they have an opening for a results-driven, professional, and dynamic sales professional to join their premier team to manage hospitality accounts, sell hospitality packages, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What will you be doing?

  • Overseeing multiple hospitality accounts with a focus on promoting hospitality packages to prospective and established clients
  • Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial discussions to closing deals, and coordinating matchday meetings
  • Cultivating strong client relationships by delivering a first-class customer experience and maintaining regular, personalized contact
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise profitability within current accounts and actively pursue new business through strategic network and re-engagement
  • Surpassing set sales, calls, and appointment targets and supporting all sales-related administration which includes processing payments, distributing tickets and preparing for matchdays

What skills and experience will you need?

  • A steady career within sales or account management which has been gained in sport, leisure, entertainment, hospitality or events
  • A history of achieving and exceeding targets and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills, confidence meeting customers and ability to deliver outstanding service
  • Good IT skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
