Tonic are recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to join our client's prestigious B&I contract catering site in the City of London. You will be responsible for taking this department forward, creating innovative menus and leading a small kitchen team for their high-level hospitality (3 rosette level). Alongside the fine dining hospitality, you must be happy catering for buffets, lunches and other events on-site. This role is perfect for a fine-dining restaurant Sous Chef looking to step into corporate contracts.

Essential qualities for Hospitality Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • Three years of Sous Chef experience at a minimum of 3 rosette
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends and flavours
  • A driven and inspirational team leader who relishes motivating and developing others
  • Loyalty and clear, stable progression must be shown throughout your CV
  • A friendly and professional in their approach, with a great attitude towards work
