Homeworking: Private Client Lawyer - Assessment & Training Role

A national legal services team is looking to appoint a qualified lawyer looking for a different opportunity outside of a traditional practising role. If you are a private client lawyer looking for flexibility with a flair for training and coaching, then please read on.

Your new role
This is a newly created role where you will work with an established Wills, Tax and Trusts team and support the team and planning consultants with advice on regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, ongoing feedback and training where necessary. As a legal quality assessor, you will work closely with the sales team and the legal team to ensure the client has a first-class experience and receives legally accurate information. You must be able to quickly identify where legal information has been misrepresented or incorrectly applied and meet all risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be a private client solicitor, TEP qualified, Cilex qualified or equivalent with experience in a direct client-facing role and have strong analytical skills. You will be proactive in addressing quality issues and problem-solving, with a clear communication style required for delivering effective training.
