Home Ownership Officer

RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the North West for a Home Ownership Officer. This is a full time, temporary role and offers a pay rate of £18.40 per hour.

As a Home Ownership Officer, you'll be the backbone of our team, providing exceptional support to our shared ownership and leasehold customers.

You will be covering Liverpool and Manchester so access to own car and driving license is essential.

Must be able to work as part of a rota shift Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Advocating for customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive top-tier service.
• Managing caretakers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Contributing local knowledge to planning processes.
• Engaging with customers for feedback and promoting self-service options.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Essential criteria:

• Has up-to-date knowledge of leasehold legislation and regulations - including Section 20 requirements.
• CIOH partial/fully qualified or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and can work well under pressure.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Team player with effective stakeholder management skills.

This role will be subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
