Home Manager

Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting an RGN qualified Home Manager of the highest calibre for their clients Nursing Home based close to Bury-St-Edmunds. Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated Registered Home Manager to be responsible for their existing team and the overall continued well running of the home. The home boasts a comforting and caring atmosphere for the elderly patients that it accommodates.

Your role will include:

  • Ensure high standards of care are provided and maintained
  • Manage the occupancy levels adequately and appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records as required for the effective and efficient running of the Home
  • Take overall responsibility for the home, the residents and the staff and to ensure best practices are followed at all times.
  • Establish and maintain good communication with residents, relatives and colleagues

The successful candidate will hold the Registered Managers award (or be willing to work towards it) and have excellent people and organisational skills. A track record of successfully managing a Nursing service will also be advantageous.

In return the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration and benefits package which is negotiable dependant on experience.
