We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Care Home Manager for a 25 bed Residential Home near Hull.

Applications from experienced Deputy Managers looking for their next step will also be welcome.

We are inviting applications driven Managers/Deputy Managers with a passion for high standards of care who possess excellent leadership qualities.

The home provides specialist care for individuals with mental health conditions and was rated Good in all areas in their last CQC inspection and the successful candidate will have the support of Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Home Manager

·Overall day to day running of the care home

·Ensuring the highest standard of care

·Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries

·Liaise with external agencies

·To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

·Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice

Essential requirements

·Minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management or willing to work towards

·Care Home Manager experience ideally in a mental health setting

·Driven, motivated and dedicated to high standards and quality Care

·Strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and hands on approach to the role.

·Organised and able to manage others

·Excellent communicator

The post offers a competitive salary of £36,000 per annum which may be negotiable dependant on experience.
