We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced care coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a care coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating team rotas that uphold the highest standards of care. By collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to delivering patient-centred care that enhances the quality of our clients' lives, empowering them to live independently, regardless of their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the lead coordinator or registered manager for efficient recruitment management.
• Implement changes to customer care and support plans.
• Ensure adequate coverage to provide excellent care and support to customers.
• Utilise advanced IT systems to allocate care assistants, ensuring optimal matches with clients.
• Production and distribution of rotas
• Maintain meticulous electronic and handwritten records.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Advantageous Qualities:

• Qualification in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle is desirable.
